All full-time undergraduate students at Tung Wah College are eligible for in-person psychological counselling service provided by Tung Wah College's Student Affairs Office. By registering with your university email address, you can access one-on-one psychological counselling service. Please note that duration of the waiting time for access to the counseling service depends on seasonal demand and the availability of human resources.

Please note that to gain access to the add-on in-person mental health support services, you must consent to allow us to share your data with Tung Wah College's Student Affairs Office, Alternatively, you may still register the online support services offered by TourHeart+ (JCTH+).
