TourHeart+, in collaboration with the Wellness and Counselling Centre, the Office of Student Affairs at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, provides comprehensive mental health support services for all full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students at CUHK.
By seamlessly integrating an online self-help platform with in-person counselling services, this hybrid approach is designed to cater to the diverse levels of mental health well-being needs and emotional distress among students. Our goal is to empower students to navigate the myriad challenges they encounter in both their academic and personal lives.

Complete a mental health assessment, which has been developed and validated in scientific research, to understand your level of depression and anxiety.
Enjoy the recommended contents offered based on assessment results. Find resources and self-help tools to boost mental health anytime, anywhere.
This service is provided by the Wellness and Counselling Centre, the Office of Student Affairs at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, exclusively for full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students. The centre's staff will monitor your mental health status. If needed, professional one-on-one counselling service will be arranged.
