Randomized Controlled Trial on Precision Mental Health

Research Details

One size doesn’t fit all. Individuals respond differently to various forms of intervention depending on their personal traits. This study aims to evaluate the differential effects of guided versus unguided delivery formats, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) versus mindfulness-based interventions, on symptoms of depression and general anxiety.

Participants will first complete a detailed and comprehensive intake assessment to understand their psychological profiles and presenting concerns. Based on group assignment, they will then take part in an eight-week online intervention program tailored to their assigned condition.
