Is wanting your own space and time, or expressing your needs, selfish? How can you communicate your needs while showing care for others? Whether it’s with friends, family, partners, classmates, or colleagues, healthy boundaries are a crucial part of sustaining long-lasting and healthy relationships. 


In this two-hour workshop, clinical psychologist Ella will guide us in exploring the meaning and techniques of establishing "healthy boundaries" in relationships—how to balance caring for yourself and others, communicate needs wisely, and make selective compromises to build mutually respectful and supportive interpersonal connections. 


Speaker Bio: 


Ella Z. Tsang is a Clinical Psychologist who is also a Florist and a Japanese Preserved Floral Art Instructor. Ms Tsang obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology (Psychology) from the University of Hull and later obtained a Master of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Sciences in Clinical Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She joined StoryTaler in 2020 and aspires to promote mental health and reduce psychiatric stigma.
