About

Do you have experience sleep problems like trouble falling asleep, light sleep, waking early? Have you tried different methods to no avail, ending up feeling stressed and helpless when it comes to "sleep"?


Insomnia affects many people in Hong Kong for a variety of reasons. In view of this, the TourHeart+ platform has launched a free, evidence-based online course - Cognitive Behavioral Training for Insomnia. This 6-module course is available for members who are experiencing mild to severe psychological distress. If you'd like to learn more about the CBT approach to tackle sleep difficulties, you are invited to this 2-hour taster session. You will gain a better understanding of the course and have a taste of the exercises. 


This event will be held in Cantonese.

  • Understand insomnia, debunk myths about sleep
  • Introduce the rationales behind Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia 
  • Understand structure of the course and how it will help us improve sleep difficulties step by step
  • Get a taste of the course exercises and try out some of the tools

Instructor profile


Ella Z. Tsang is a Clinical Psychologist who is also a Florist and a Japanese Preserved Floral Art Instructor. Ms. Tsang obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology (Psychology) from the University of Hull and later obtained a Master of Art in Psychology and a Master of Social Sciences in Clinical Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She joined StoryTaler in 2021 and aspires to promote mental health and reduce psychiatric stigma.
