About

Are you compassionate to others but harsh on yourself?

A lot of us have an “inner critic” judging our every move. Although self-reflection does drive us forward, being overly self-critical might erode our self-confidence, causing us to [reject/dislike] ourselves. How could we get into the habit of self-care and self-compassion, learning to like ourselves more?

In this workshop, a clinical psychologist will guide you to discover your own “inner critic”, utilizing the skills of concrete thinking, self-compassion etc., step by step walking out the self-critical vicious cycle.

Content
  • Get to know the self-critical vicious cycle
  • Reduce self-criticism with concrete thinking
  • Self-compassion exercises
  • Way to be kinder to oneself
