Do you often find it difficult to concentrate?
Do you forget things and miss important appointments, or constantly procrastinate on important tasks?
Have you tried different approaches but still feel overwhelmed and frustrated?
These situations may be related to symptoms of Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based psychological treatment commonly used to address ADHD. This five-session group will adopt a CBT framework, using psychoeducation, practical skill-sharing, everyday “mini experiments”, and group interaction to help participants enhance attention, memory, organizational and time-management by targeting thought patterns and behaviors - regaining a sense of control in daily life.
If you are facing these challenges and would like to better understand yourself while exploring practical ways to improve your life and productivity, you are warmly welcome to join us.
The program will be conducted in Cantonese.
