About

Chronic pain can be distressing. Not only does it bring physical pain, but it can lead to low mood, fatigue, insomnia, loss of appetite, as well as negatively impacting social life and work. We may not be able to control and avoid pain. Yet, is there any other way to live with it apart from merely bearing it?

Research shows that consistent mindfulness practice can relieve distress caused by pain. This workshop will guide you through mindfulness exercises, for you to build a warm and harmonious connection with your body sensations. Let’s try to respond to pain in different ways, in hope of improving our physical and mental health.
