About

Mindfulness is our innate ability that allows us to focus on the present moment and be aware of both internal and external experiences. Different research studies continue to show the benefits of mindfulness practice, e.g., improving sleep quality, enhancing focus and memory, relieving stress, depression, anxiety, physical pain, etc.

The "Mindful Living Course" is a standard program designed by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. It integrates mindfulness practices with cognitive behavioral techniques. The course aims to help participants incorporate these methods into their daily lives, enhance their awareness of habitual response patterns, and cultivate an attitude of openness and acceptance. Through learning, participants can more effectively cope with life's challenges, improve mental health, increase life satisfaction, and achieve lasting positive change.
