About
Our mind is often pulled into the past or the future, overwhelmed by regrets about past events or worries about the time ahead. "Living in the moment" seems to be easier said than done. Why is it important to stay in the present?
This workshop will guide you through ways to live in the moment and help you to stay present through mindfulness and grounding practices. In addition to cultivating the habit of self-care, it will also provide you with more adaptive ways to respond to challenging situations in everyday life.
