TourHeart Enrichment Workshop: Age Gracefully, Make Every Season Count
11 December (Monday)|7:30pm – 9:30pm
Target group:Members with mild to moderate level of emotional distress

In the blink of an eye, another year has passed, and we find ourselves one year older. Does that make you anxious? Regardless of our age, it is natural to feel uneasy about the process of aging. Thoughts such as "I am starting to have grey hair," "My mental and physical strength appear to be declining," "Will I experience increased loneliness as I age?" and "Will I regret not making the most of my time when I am older?" may cross our minds.

Aging is actually a process that allows us to continuously grow and develop. In this two-hour workshop, clinical psychologist Ella will explore different strategies and techniques with everyone, helping us gracefully and positively embrace, enrich and stay healthy in each stage of life.

  • Understanding the fear and misconceptions about "aging"
  • Learning how to adapt to the various changes that come with age
  • Exploring on how to embrace aging meaningfully and healthily
