About

Do you ever feel confused about love? Are you ever thrown off by the sight of lovebirds on the street while single as a Pringle, wondering “why I can’t find love” ? Even if you’re in a relationship, do you still feel lonely?

It’s not uncommon to worry and feel “incomplete” when loneliness attacks. With our clinical psychologist, let’s explore different skills to secure an anchor while caught up in a whirlpool of feeling lonely and unloved. Rather than sitting here longing to be loved, let us start sowing the seeds of love as we learn to first love ourselves.

This event will be held in Cantonese.

Contents

  • identify the stress signals related to loneliness
  • understand the vicious cycle of rumination and thinking traps
  • learn to appreciate and be kind to oneself
