About
The thought-provoking film "500 Days of Summer" tackles the question of whether love is predestined. Have you ever wondered how one person falls for another? Why is it that "him/her" and not someone else? And if love is fate, can it never be rewritten?
Love can be as sweet as it is painful. Have you ever noticed how some individuals find themselves trapped in repetitive patterns and "mistakes" within relationships, repeatedly getting hurt in the name of love?
In this webinar, Dr. Connie Ho, a clinical psychologist, will delve into the various phenomena of love from a psychological perspective. Through the exploration of different love stories, she will guide participants in reflecting on their own romantic journeys, breaking free from past destinies, and cultivating healthy relationships.
Speaker:
Connie Ho is a registered clinical psychologist in Hong Kong, a chartered psychologist in the UK, an experienced mindfulness teacher, and a guest lecturer at universities. She has worked as a clinical psychologist in the Hospital Authority Headquarter, Department of Health, and local NGOs. Currently, Connie runs a private practice and is the founder of HealThySelf. She firmly believes that everyone is an expert in their own life and has the power to transform their lives.
**The webinar will be held in Cantonese.
