About

Compassion fatigue is common among service providers such as health care professionals, social workers and mental health professionals, or those who need to support clients with traumatic experiences.

Not only do they feel overwhelmingly exhausted, but also exhibit a diminished ability to empathize or feel compassion for others, and even become cynical, as a result of chronic emotional overload.

In this webinar, Ms. Amanda Li - a registered clinical psychologist and mindfulness teacher, will shed light on the concept of compassion fatigue, as well as some coping tips to overcome this challenging situation. We will also practice self-compassion exercises together and learn to be kind to ourselves.

To take care of others, start by taking care of yourself.
