About

Want to develop self-care habits for a stronger and healthier mind and body in 2023? Everyday is a chance to practice!

At different stages of our lives, unpalatable bitterness of life sets in and we may experience different kinds of stress when adapting to changes, which may induce varying levels of anxiety and depression. These mix of emotions may affect our mind and body, our behaviors, and our decisions. Facing the vagaries of life, there are actually different ways to enhance our resilience, train our mental muscles, and take care of our physical and mental health, all starting from our daily habits.

As the new year has just begun, let's take the chance to learn the secrets of enhancing resilience from a scientific perspective with Dr. Freedom Leung in this webinar.

Through the "S-ABC model", we will understand how our mind and body respond to stress; how the amygdala, which is in charge of creating emotional responses, reacts differently under various circumstances, thereby forming our mental narratives.

Following this, we will take a closer look at how daily habits can bring about significant changes to the mind and body and enhance resilience from a scientific perspective.

This year, let's start the journey of self-care together.

**The webinar will be held in Cantonese.
